Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and salt generously.

  2. Add fettuccine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Drain and toss with a splash of oil.

  4. Slice chicken into 1/4-inch thick strips, and lay them on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of the butter then add the chicken.

  6. Cook until brown for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Transler the chicken to a medium bowl.

  7. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining butter.

  8. Whisk in the cream and bring to a simmer, then cook for 2 minutes.

  9. Add parmesan cheese, Add the chicken and cooked pasta and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
