Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt & pepper, soy sauce and mince garlic and ginger.

  2. Heat pan add oil, place season chicken cook for 10-12 minutes.

  3. Add onions, vegetables, and sugar, cover and cook for additional 5-7 minutes.

  4. Finish with sesame oil.

  5. Serve with steamed rice.

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breast (cubed)

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp cup low sodium soy sauce / dark soy (I prefer dark soy)

• 2 tbsp honey

• 1 1/2 tbsp packed light brown sugar

• 1 tbsp ginger and mince garlic

• 1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil

• 1 cup broccoli

• 1/2 carrot (sliced)

• Bok Choy (if you like)

• 1 onion (sliced)
