Loaded Hummus

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place three and a hall cups of boiled chickpea in a grinder

  2. Add 1 cup of water

  3. Add 2-3 garlic cloves, juice of 1 lemon and salt to the taste.

  4. Add 2 cup tahini sauce (you can use homemade or store-bought), lemon, and one sprig of rosemary leaves

  5. Blend all the ingredients in a high-powered mixer or food processor

  6. You can even drizzle olive oil with some sprigs of rosemary over the top

• 3 1/4 cups canned chickpeas

• 3/4 cup water

• 1/2 cup tahini

• 1 lemon (juice)

• 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

• 2-3 garlic cloves

• 1 sprig rosemary leaves

• Garnish

• 1/2 tsp sea salt

• 1/2 tsp black pepper
